Overflow/water pump combo

I am setting up a 72 gallon FOWLR tank with 30 gallon refugium, planning on getting octopus 110 protein skimmer. What's the optimum overflow box/ water pump combo? Appreciate your responses.

The return pump determines the amount of flow through the sump. Hang on overflows run normally 600 gph, then for a double 1200 gph. A 600 gph should be fine. Stick a ball valve on the return line to adjust the amount of flow.

For the return, I've been using one of these (http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=3578+4587+4604&pcatid=4604), (the 1262), for years.
