I need your help with my light schedule!!!

I need a little help with my light schedule... I leave for work at 6:45 am and need light to feed everything around 6:30. I come back from work around 6 pm and would still like to see something going on. The fixture I have is a Vertex Illumina. Can I do intermittent light during the day? Any recommendations are welcome. Thanks!

i would leave the actinic on from 06:00 am to 21:00pm. daylight start from 10:00 am to 19:00pm. this way u should be able to feed the coral in the morning still have sometime to view the DT after work.
