Remove Chemi-pure Elite when adding prazi-pro?

I've turned off the skimmer, do I need to remove the chemi-pure elite as well? thanks

You should remove anything that contains carbon, so yes remove the chemi-pure. Are you doing this in your DT?

I removed the chemi-pure from the sump. I'm adding the prazi-pro to the return chamber of the sump/refugium, not directly into the DT.
