ph - 8.2
nitrate - 25 ppm

alk - 2.2

what additives/dosing do you use? (if any) What are you using for filtration (live rock, skimmer, etc)?

i dont use any additives, and i just bought a skimmer 2 days ago so its still breaking in but ot is pulling some nasty crap. other than that im using about 15 lbs of lr in my 12g nano

+1 to what are you using for filtration? skimmer?
what size tank? The 12G in your sig? Is this the tank you are doing 15% WC on?r
what are you testing with? with an alk of 2.2 i would definitely question the test kits
No offense but 3 months is kinda too soon for a anemone, but hey its your tank. how big is the nem? its prob spitting up and messing up the water for ya.

Could be the two clowns in a 12 gallon, not enough live rock or sand or overfeeding

Try testing a fresh batch of saltwater in a bucket to see what those values are. I wonder why your Alk is so low? The presence of Ammonia and Nitrite make me wonder if your tank is still cycling, or if you dont have enough live rock. Can you post a pic of your tank?

Ammonia and Nitrite are your problem. You need some live rock or more nitrifying bacteria to handle the load from that Nem.

What type of watering are you doing changes with? Tap? RO/DI?
