Hi Roger,
I have two 6105's, three months old. One is fine the other clicks VERY loudly. It wasn't as bad until I put in the higher volt jumpers. I tried the 24V, liked the flow but that one is even louder than the 18V. I have opened it up, cleaned it, etc. Everything looks good. It has the 6105.701 drive shaft and the 3005.740 bushing and attenuation disk. The clicking is totally unexceptable. I really need a fix for this or a replacement for the pump.
Please let me now how to rectify this.

Thanks

If you send it in and I cannot repair it, we will replace it. On a pump of this age the metal shaft should be fixed in the motor (never to be removed) and the disk sits on the shaft black slotted side facing the drive unit. Please send it with a note with return address and phone number describing the controller and mode it is being run in so I can duplicate the condition.
