clumped salt not mixing clear

i have about 1/3 of a bucket of d-d h2ocean salt that has not been mixing well lately. it has been fine for a while, but it's clumped up pretty badly. i broke it apart, but now when i try to mix it, it doesn't seem to mix well anymore (water has a lot of snowy precipitant floating around in it, even after mixing for several days).

i hate to think it, but can i assume the salt is trash?

The moisture that clumped it reacted with the sodium carbonate and calcium chloride in the salt mix to make calcium carbonate which will never dissolve.
