Hi guys, i needed some Help for my tank is 36"x 30"x20" as im currently using only one MH 250W 14k phoenix bulb,mainly sps and some lps!
No supplement t5 or others and not quite happy with the result i see on The colours .but they're healthy and growing well at this moment of time. I Was thinking of settle for ATI sunpower fixture,but im not sure about how Many tube should i go with and hope you guys can advise me on my situation Which is best for my tank...GOOD DAY!!

Personally I would just add a retrofit for the T5s, either 2 or 4 bulbs. LED supplementation would work just as well if you would prefer to go that route.

Id go with atleast 10 bulbs to cover that 30" of realestate. I have 8 over my cube and dont think that it would cover 30" unless you only want to put easy lps and zoas on the edges. Im of the belief use as many bulbs as you can fit when running T5s. 1 things for sure with 10 bulbs youll be able to get a great color combonation from all the different bulbs.

If your going with an ATI fixture, call them and ask them. They won't steer you wrong.

I agree with Stevedola. I have a 36"x12" 30 gal and have an ATI PM 36" x 4 bulb T5 and it is perfect. SPS are healthy growing at a great rate.

I get good color and good growth from DIY Blue LED from ebay(made in China)
