Resetting default password

im trying to connect my apex to aquanotes, and my passsword/user is giving it problems. any ideas how to restore the factory default admin pass?

whenever changing passwords you must reboot the controller. That may be the problem.

You can change the username and password on the Network setup web page or using the display.

the one for android. i just unplugged it, now its not letting me in either eith the default or my real pass.

Russ, while debugging the unofficial android app TetheredLimbs and I realized there were user/pw problems getting in through either the browser or the app on the phone. He then tried again on the home computer and realized something was amiss with his recent attempt to change credentials.

I wanted him to get back in via computer and then phone browser before we went back to the app.
