Need ID on what I think is a bristleworm

This morning I found this in my chaeto algae in my fuge.

I took it out since I had no idea what it was. I did a little research and I think it is a bristle worm. Can anyone confirm this? What do I need to do with it and my tank?

benign bristleworm, I have dozens of them in my chaeto. They love it. I currently have one that is about 6'' long and the girth of a pencil.
