Hello, i want make a lamp with leds, where i can buy leds of 10 watts royal blue, actinic royal blue hybrid and white.

If your looking for LED chips eBay has some. Not sure if rapid LED or other sponsors carry the multi chips but they are sponsors so start on the sponsor page and ask there they will take care of you. There's always aliexpress also direct from the Chinese distributors.

eBay. Look for "US Shipping" or "US Seller" in the description. I got my 10W royal blues from a Chinese seller with a US stock and had them in three days.

otherwise, look for ePacket delivery from Hong Kong...or be prepared to wait.
