Welcome Gary!
75g is a good starting size but I'm afraid the hippo is not a good choice. Yellow Tang is ok, possibly another tang such as a Yellow Eye Kole, a goby/shrimp pair and a couple other small fish like a wrasse pair.
Tangs generally don't like each other unless they have a LOT of room to themselves or if you have enough to school...if the temperament of the 2 is mild, you maybe ok, I have a sailfin and a yellow tang together in a 72 bow. They swat at each other once in a while but nothing serious... From what I've seen..I'd say go for it, but keep a close watch on em while they get used to the tank
Best route is what aquainas said.

i love the yellow tangs and clown fish so i forsure want to get those
If u can find one, look for a Christmas wrasse, not common at my 2 LFS, but I snagged one as a trade and it's beautiful! Also look into a dwarf angel like a coral beauty or flame angel, great color, active and easy to take care of. Also IMO you should have a sand sifting goby. I have a redstripe goby that keeps my substrate picked clean.

Yea i would stay away from the hippo and add the tang torwads the end. Add less aggresive fish first.

Clownfish can do fine without an anemone. Sand sifting starfish can get about 12".

thats all i can keep fish wise right i cant keep very many fish in a 75 gallon
In my 72 I have a porcupine puffer, volitans lion, red pearlscale butterfly, sailfin tang, yellow tang, Picasso trigger, clown, 2 damsels, cristmas tree wrasse and a red line goby. No corals, just a blue sponge that hitchhiked itself into my tank.
