I have a 250 cube with a 36" external overflow. My return pump is 2900 gph with no head and about 2250 with head pressure. I'd like to plumb the tank for a beananimal, but I have a couple questions. How big should my drain holes be? I was thinking 1.5". My plan was to have my full syphon drain right in the middle of the overflow and the other ones on the left and right side of the overflow. Should I do that, or have them all grouped in the middle? Also if you guys have any general tips for the beananimal that'd be great!
