I have a friend breaking down a system, he wants to give me his Achilles Tang. I already have a Purple, Powder Blue, Chevron, Blond Naso, 2 Yellow, Sail Fin, Tomini, and Orange Shoulder. Do you think I should add it? How do you think the Achilles will respond in my 400 gallon system?

Tough call, you have a lot of tangs. Your system is the right sized for the fish, but I think someone will have a problem with the achilles, most likely the Powder Blue. Mine is a complete jerk!!!

+1 I dont think him and the powder blue will get along.
Also you'd be better off taking this question to the reef fish section.

If your Tangs are getting along pretty well and seem to be healthy I wouldn't risk it.

Yep, I wouldn't risk it either. Same genus as the powder blue, which is a very dominant fish. You'd probably have to remove the powder blue to make it work.

Agree with everyone else on here...you would probably be fine with any of those EXCEPT for the powder blue.
