how to reset admin password?

Without a display unit, you have two options:

- borrow a display from a fellow Apex owner
- contact Neptune support (http://www.neptunesystems.com/support/contact-support/); they can email you a special firmware image which will reset the Apex to factory settings

The first option is by far the more preferable one.

With a Jr, can't you get to the admin password with the CD that came with it?
