Why? Is this for your homework? We don't do that here. I will give you a hint though. It's all about hydrogen bonds. The strongest dipole has the strongest intermolecular forces.

I think it is neat that if you just Google chemistry forum the reef board is one of the top hits. But if it doesn't pertain to reefing somehow I get suspicious that it is a homework problem. Especially since acetone and reef tanks don't go together at all. Tell me how it is remotely reef related and I'll give you the answer.
