Zoa Fragging

So I fragged up a zoa colony last night that had apparently been way over crowded. All the stems are extremely long. The frags are marginal at best I would say because of the fact some of the stems are about an inch long. Has anyone every dealt with this before?

Got a frag which was under the frags racks and it is verey extended. Its in good light now so I'm waiting to see if it'll go back to normal shape. Sure makes it a lot more difficult to frag it.
