hi,am in the process of cyclin a 55g with hang on back filter powerhead live sand and 6 damsels. i found out that cycling with live rock is alotbetter. do i need better lighting for live rock? also am going to add some coral and somesoft ones and i want to use led with moolight leds but i want to do it my self but dont know what led bulbs i need as far as the lens angle goes or what website toget the parts from if its cheaper tomake than to buy one. any help
