New help choosing return pump and set-up!

I have a 30g set-up and I want to add a sump I like the Proflex model 1 sump/refugium. The max flow for that is 550gph. Also im going with the eshopps overflow box i guess the pf-300 with max flow of 300gph. So im wondering what size return pump i will need to get, preferably a Eheim. The sump will be right next to the tank not far at all. Also I will be keeping my hob skimmer so it wont be in the sump and definitely having a refugium going with Chaeto and live rock/sand/mud. Any other part suggestions would be great...thanks!!

after head loss I like to shoot for 3-5x the DT volume or 10x the sump volume. In your case no more than 150 gph, Use powerheads for extra circulation in the DT

Match your return pump gph with the overflow gph, and add a ball/gate valve to the output of the pump tho "throttle" it down if needed. I've had a Danner Mag Drive for a while, and it's never let me down.
