Bulk head issue

I am having an issue with a bulk head that leads to the sump. I tested it before I filled the tank and no leaks. Now after I filled it with sand rock and water It is leaking like crazy.

I tries turning it 1/4 turn and nothing.

What can I do to fix this beside taking the whole bulk head out and replacing it?

If I must replace it what is the best brand to buy?

Did something shift? The tank perhaps? If the tank moved on the stand there may be tension or pressure on the plumbing pushing/pulling the bulkhead out of position.

Not really. Should I try loosening the bulk head and positioning it again?

I would take it apart, clean all the parts of the bulkhead and the surrounding glass, and try again.

Did you accidentally shift the gasket to the wrong side?

Tightening the bulkhead past a certain point will make it leak further.
