I just changed all three filters in my RO/DI system - everything accept the membrane, which I flushed while I was at it, and now I am back to 0-1 TDS - I was at around 25 before the change.

Time to change your filters? I got all three for $45 delivered.

Be sure to flush your RO filter once a month to get maximum life out of your RO membrane.

the way to know when to change filters are:

if psi drops, going into the membrane, then change the prefilters.

when the sediment cartridge gets dirty i would change that only (they are cheap and help protect the carbon blocks, I usually wait till it gets a darker tan color)

when TDS goes up to 1-2 I change the DI.

when the rejection rate starts to fall from normal change the membrane. ( if your getting 98% now and it dropps to 95% or lower)

change all prefilters every 6 months regardless on if they are still working good as the bacteria can start growing. (this is unless you have changed them sooner)

when I order filters I will usually order 2 sediment filters extra because mine seem to get dirty often.

and last, try to dissinfect the unit once a year.
