I just got a Court Jester Goby. When I added him he went down to the bottom. Then the Cherub started attacking him. The goby didn't go into the rocks or anything he just swam around to get away and went back to the bottom. This happened a few times so I took the goby out and put him in my fuge. If I put the goby back will the angle keep attacking him till he's dead or do they do that for a bit and then stop?

tank size

length of time cherb in tank

cherubs are feisty little fish and can be very very territorial, it might be a better plan of action to "fuge" the cherub and put the goby in the DT, after the goby is settled in re intro the cherub

Ya my experience is that the cherubs can be very territorial despite their size. I would agree to get him out for awhile then reintroduce it after the goby has settled in.
