The skimmer chamber on my sump is 11" deep and the clearance in my stand is about 22". I can't get the skimmer dialed in because of the depth of the water and I can't raise the skimmer because of the lack of clearance.

Tunze seems to have the only solution out there for a short enough skimmer that can run in deep water (or be adjusted to work because of their height). I am not sure which one is best for my set up.

75g mixed reef
25g sump
heavily stocked

These are the options I am looking at:
Tunze 9006/9011
or
Tunze 9410

Would also be interested in a used one if someone has one.

Thanks.

For use in a sump, the 9011 is almost always a better choice over the 9006. The 9006 requires an additional Extension Set (http://www.tunze.com/details.html?&L=1&C=US&user_tunzeprod_pi1%5Bprodid%5D=9005.400) when used in sump, and the cost of that means it makes more sense to just buy the 9011 to begin with.

Comparing the 9410 and the 9011, both would work very well on your tank. The 9410 uses a needle-wheel and is more energy efficient. While the 9410 does make a little noise, like all needle-wheel skimmers do, the 9011 is practically silent. As far as height and space concerns go I think either will fit and work in the space you have.
