150 Gallon Reef Tank For Sale

I'm selling my 150 gallon reef tank, with regret. It's a great system, but I no longer have the time to properly maintain it. The corals are no longer in the tank although the live rock is available. The tank is currently running.
Tru Vu acrylic display tank: 5' by 2' by 2'
Birdseye maple stand & canopy
Hard plumbed with unions so the tank easily disconnects from the plumbing beneath the stand
40 gallon acrylic sump
2 x 250 watt DE MH reflectors with IceCap electronic ballasts
2 x 50 watt actinic 48" T5s with reflectors
1/10 HP Pacific Coast Imports chiller
Eheim / Jager titanium heater, recently purchased
Eheim return pump
Auto topoff sensor (effective, but homemade)
Heavy-duty powerstrips mounted to stand and canopy
