View Full Version : Was working- now not on the network

Everything was working fine. Lost power a few days back during the hurricane for a couple hours and now I can't get to the Neptune system on my desktop or on my iPad/ iPhone.

I'm not sure where to start. Any suggestions?

Nothing was changed on my network, which is a Time capsule in my office and an airport in the room with the apex jr attached to it.

Try rebooting the power cycle on apex, assuming you have Internet connectivity to your router

Yes, I do have internet, and all computers are online. I will try your suggestion. Thank you.

I couldn't find a way to reboot the power cycle on the display. I went to the network settings, and then hit the restart field. I was hoping that wouldn't RESET the settings, it didn't. That worked. Thanks for your help.
