DIY 75 gallon sump plans or ideas?

Hello there!
I just picked up a 75 gallon tank the dimentions are 36x25x18. Just wondering if anyone out there has some plans to make a sump out of it?

Its a glass aquarium, could I use acrylic and silicone or would I have to use cut glass for the compartments?

I have a 75 gallon tank that I am using for a sump, would have to measure the baffles again if you need dimensions, pm me for that info. I used glass for the baffles.
