Bermuda skimmer Mag 36a pump replacement Sicce Syncra 12 or 16

Please help me out, the storm fried the pump i had which i just replaced the propeller in the mag.. Since they dont make this mag anymore i would like to replace w Sicce Syncra 12 or 16..

Anyone have any experience with these pumps? Ill need it to be submersible..

Here is a link to my bermuda skimmer which is just amazing, but they no longer make either. Im not sure which size pump to go with either.

if i get the sicce 12, its 3200 gph vs the 3600 gph of the mag.. Will that do the job.. or do i have to get the sicce 16?
