View Full Version : Profilux stand-a-lone doser screen issue

I just turned my unit back on after being off for about 9 months and half of the screen is dead. I can't make out any of the words. I have had the unit for just over 2 years (bought 10/10) and I am wondering what i need to do to get it fixed.

I just set up my tank again and would rather not have to manually dose every day.

the serial number on the back is 1008066022.

Any help would be appreciated.

I just wanted to follow up and let everyone know that profilux's customer service is top notch. Needless to say they have a customer for life...

Nice to hear.
Only tend to see complaints and really good to see good comments also!
Michael in particular is very enthusiastic and a top performer in trying to provide answers when and where he can.:thumbsup:

I have to agree here with you 100%. Forums no matter what the product do tend to attract the bad press whether relevant or just a personal gripe, I guess its an easy way to get your feelings across to a wide audience, so it is always very welcoming to hear when someone feels strong enough to post good things.
