I have 12 LED's all on one driver. They say to have all the LED's facing the same direction on the heatsink. I have two seperate heatsinks with 6 LED on each.

My driver is connected to top right. Can i attach the top left LED on the top heatsink to the bottom left led on the bottom heatsink to continue the setup?

Is this design ok?

Im only confused because it says all LED need to be facing the same direction. Is that only to make sure the "+" of the first LED connects to the "-" of the next LED?

Thanks

you can lay them out any way you like, as long as they are wired together correctly. if you have time, you should read up on electricity and circuits so that you understand what you are doing, instead of just blindly following directions. you will find that projects are much easier and also more rewarding. probably a bit safer, too.

I'm pretty sure it would be upside down if you attached them that way. You should lay them all out flat and attach them, then put them on the heatsinks.
