Let me start off by saying, thanks for getting me the canister and resin quickly.

I have a RODI unit I purchased a few years back, a 5 stage. Recently I've been dealing with some silicate issues and decided to add to the system. I purchased some anion ( spelling ) resin and a housing from you.

I plumbed in the new canister and put the DI at the very end.

inline sediment - sediment - carbon block - carbon block - RO - anion - DI

Problem I'm having is the anion canister is draining as soon as I my float valve opens and I don't get any product water in my reservoir.

I do have a booster bump and pressure switch ( not aquatec )

Start out by saying, a long time ago I messed with the pressure switch so it has never worked right, just plugged it in when I needed water.

I am overdue for a filter change, well way overdue ( 18 months ago I replaced all filters and membrane, I replace DI monthly )

Could old filters be causing pressure issues ?

It could be as easy as a filter change or it could be the membrane or both. Eighteen months is a long time since we recommend filter changes once every 6-9 months depending on production.
