400w pfo halide HQI ballast which bulbs best

ok so i have read some on bulb selection so whats the best bulb to run. My tank is a 240g (72Lx24Dx31H)with 3-400w pfo dual HQI ballasts currently running XM 20k's and luminarch 3 reflectors. So is there a better combo out there? not sure of the best bulb for growth/coloration. :headwallblue:

I'm running 250 W 12,000K Reeflux. I get pretty good growth and love the color, but it's time for me to change the bulbs as well. Thinking of 14,000K but not sure. People seem to really like them.
