So I have a iron stand I want to turn into wood but keep the iron. so I was thinking of making a wood shell by using Velcro or sillocone to attach it don't want to drill the iron do to it weakening it since there's already a lot of weigh on it. if any one has done this how did you make doors to it that look like a normal wood stand and not a plywood mess. I was thinking along the lines of getting like a bed side table or something that had doors and using that.
