I updated the new Beta 12 firmware onto my apex. It is all working great from the home network, however when i am not on the home network and try to view it i get error messages stating "cannot load" I am using the dyndns-remote thing but i dont see why this would cause this type of problem... anyone having similar problems? any suggestions on how to fix it??? I did post this in the Beta 12 thread but have not seem to have gotten a response... figured i would broaden the viewers ;) Thanks all!

Was external access via the Internet working before you updated the firmware?

Do you get a login prompt when using a remote computer?

Yes, by "remote" I mean "not at the same location as your Apex."

Has the IP address of the Apex changed? Compare the current Apex IP address with the IP address used in the router's port forwarding.

Is your dynddns account showing your router's current public IP address? Sign into your DDNS account, look at the IP address associated with you hostname and compare that with what's shown by http://www.ipchicken.com

Somehow... I have no idea how, because we never log into our router but anyway somehow the start ip address identifier thing at the end was start at 100... My apex is 50 so i changed the start number to 30 to be safe... so now it seems to be working... i logged in from home into the one i would use from a "remote" place and it seemed to work... i will try again from work tonight! Thanks guys!
