MP40W Problem

Last night I disconnected the power to the controller on my MP40 to stop the flow in the tank while I fed it. I left the power disconnected all night. This morning I plugged the power in and the controller cycles through all of the modes/lights then the light goes out. I can see a small are at the end of the light bezel that has a very dim glow towards one end. Any ideas???
