Feed anemones maybe twice a week. You have to give them time to completely digest and empty, otherwise food will decay inside them. I don't feed my anemones at all. They do very well, thriving on the light and whatever is in the water column. I have one BTA, 4 mini-maxis, and 2 rock/flowers, have had them now almost 3 years and growing with no feeding.

I agree. Once a week is fine.

+1 4 BTAs and 2 unidentified anemones and no target feeding. They've done fine and are growing and splitting nicely.
