Ive had this bubble coral for a few months not. It hasnt grown or anything. Just single head just sits there lol.

Any suggestions to get it growing?

I feed the tank mysis for my 2 clowns, phyto, and dose Oyster feast 2-3 times a week.

Water parameters:
Am/NI/NA=0
Phos - .17
Alk 8.8-9.2
Mag 1440
Calc 460

Yes I keep my trace elements high so I dont have to dose. Everything is looking good in my tank and growing.

Biocube 14.

Mine never grew any either. I also fed it mysis and oyster feast. They seem to like real low, low flow too. I got rid of it after my tangs started nipping at it.

Move higher in the tank. Bubbles like med to high light IME. Mine use to sit 3" from the top of the tank before I moved it half way down.

Try feeding it a piece of mysis directly every once in a while. I feed my bubble every day.

Here is my bubble. I don't feed directly. I feed the tank and what settles on the coral is a treat.

He is placed about mid way up my tank.

I've never had any luck with bubbles. Over the years I tried an lost three. They always just seem to deflate and decline over the course of a few weeks. I know some folks syat they are hardy and grow like weeds. They just don't do it for me.

Amazing looking coral, but the stories I hear scare me away. Anyone that has had one grow like a weed have tips?

Reef chilie and shrimp. Mines on the bottom with good lighting. Although it hasnt grown like a weed, direct feeding has improved growth/bubble size.

that image looks like a bubble that is on the edge of too much current. Try to find him a sheltered alcove on the bottom of the tank tucked in the sand like you have him. Two medium sized rocks either side can do the trick.
Occasional feeding is good, but trying to feed too much will mean he does not have to expand and photosynthesize at all, he can just stay closed up and lounge around until you feed him again. Make him work for his food!
