Is a reef octopus BH2000 too much for a 40b????

I wouldnt say so. Ivs used one on my 24 gallon aquapod for the past year and a half. It pulls out alot of junk. Only thing I dont like is that the collection cup is kinda hard to get out sometime. Might just be a defect on mine, but still not a big deal. It gets the job done.

I have a bh1000 on my 26 and love it so I think a bh2000 on a 40B wouldn't be a problem at all

I have one on my 40B now - soon to be for sale btw as I am working on a new project that combines my old tank into a new 125g with in-sump skimmer.

NOT too big.
