How much flow do you have via Power Heads?

I was wondering how much flow you guys have in terms of Power Heads.

120 gallon FOWLR with 5600 gph from powerheads plus about 700 gph from return. I need/want more flow. Will be replacing current powerheads with more flow next year. MP40s or Tunze.
