More eb8 issues

So I had the issue with one of my eb8's reporting 0amps...now it appears that eb8 is now switching between being identified as 004 (this is what it showed up as initially) and now it's showing as 002. So right now I have things turning on at the wrong time, and things turning off when they should be off.

Anyone have any clue how to fix this? Right now the apex is reporting three eb8's but I only have two.

Can anyone give me some suggestions. I emailed support two days ago and yesterday. I also left two voicemails. I got a call back yesterday that I missed asking for login information that I already sent a day earlier. Now the eb8 is showing a status of unp. I hope this is not the norm.
