Clown fish needing serious help!

I have a mated pair or true percula clown fish. The female is 3" and the male is
2 1/4". Anyway my female clown fish looks to have a this weird sort of open bump wound on her head, I have no idea how to describe it. Also it looks swollen underneath her skin and I really don't want to loose them. She is eating healthy and swimming as if nothings wrong. She also had something on her chin a weird pimple looking thing almost but now its gone. Can anyone offer any advice as to what the problem is and or how to treat it? Any input would be greatly appreciated!!!

well its some sort of sting, thats pretty much a for sure. any predators in the tank? i had a fish go at a bristle worm and get stung real nice, but after 2 days was healed up. im sure you could find an answer to it, but i dont know of much treatment you could do other then QT
