I have the 150 tlf for my 75g plus 35g sump. Upgrading to a 150g with 50g sump. Looking at the next reef mr1 or tlf 550
My current 150 is used for GFO but also looking into running Gac in the future
So two different reactors. I like the fact that the two units are in the sump opposed to the brs outside. Less chance of leaking
Which reactor would you use and would I be able to use my 150 tlf in my 150g with 50g sump. Even though it rated for 150g

The TLF 150's are fine, the MR1'a are built better but the TLF's are a solid design and have more than enough capacity for your tank.

Will the 150 tlf be good enough for Gac and GFO for my 150g DT
Or should I purchase a next reef or the 550 tlf

If you are running HC GFO and Rox.8 carbon it should be more than adequate. Look at the BRS calculators for how much of each media you are running and it will help you decide how big of a reactor you need. 150 gallons af actual water volume and you would need at most a cup of each, and if your PO4 levela are already low, you won't even need that much. I have about 120-130 gallons of water volume and I use half a cup of each in the TLF 150's.
