I have this growing on almost every rock. Doesn't appear to be spreading. I've had it for quite some time now with what appears no ill affect. Just seeing if anyone has an idea what it is.

Just some added info. It does not just rub off and it doesn't feel slimey. Also I see my PBT picking away at it constantly.
