View Full Version : 72g Bowfront How much Flow Needed for Maximum Coverage?

I have two Koralia 3s and one Koralia 2s.

I was using both of the 3s on opposite ends of the tank but just obtained a fairly large RBTA. The RBTA is still doing walk-a-bout looking for a comfortable spot - I think because of the high flow.

Last night I came down just in time, the tentacles on the RBTA had just started to get caught in the Koralia. Needless to say the RBTA is just a little ****ed.

The two 3s seem to be too much for the tank since I see the fish kind of struggling to swim against the flow and the RBTA keeps moving around. I wanted your opinions. I'm wondering if just one 3 and one 2 would be enough or just the one 3 alone or maybe just the 2 - placement suggestions would be helpful for maximum coverage.

Any pictures of your similar setup would also be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Please delete this thread. Didn't realize I had one started a couple years back. Will reread.
