View Full Version : Missing Defaut Email, Alarm, and Variable Speed Outlets

I seem to have lost my email and alarm outlets on my apex. I haven't used them in a while but was looking to setup some email / text alerts and they are no longer there. I am also missing the 4 variable outlets as well which I don't use but just noticed that they are missing as well.

Any thoughts on how to get them back? I would like to avoid a complete system wipe and restart if possible.

Your best bet is to contact Neptune support.

That's what I was thinking probably needed to happen. I was hoping for an easy fix without having to do a full reset. Thanks for the insight.

Just for everybody's FYI -

If you run into an issue like this it's due to a corrupt file. I contacted Neptune support directly and the 2 resolutions are to do a full factory reset or load from a prior saved file. If you load from a prior saved file - be careful as it may be corrupt as well and not fix the issue.
