I have my apex plugged into a dj power strip. The outlet on my apex that I have programmed for my water heater is causing the dj power strip to trip and lose power. If I change the heater to plug to a different location it's ok.
Anyone else run into this ? Is this a bad outlet on te apex?
Thanks

It sounds like a power surge. I'm curious to know what outlet works and what does not (aka, is 1 a relay outlet (4 or 8))?

Not working on outlet 4 but if j move it to 5 or just plug it directly TL the wall works fine

So is this what's happening?
- your EB8 is plugged into a power strip that's plugged into a wall outlet.
- your heater is plugged into outlet #4 on the EB8
- when outlet #4 turns ON, the breaker on the power strip trips
- if you plug the heater into outlet #5 and turn that outlet ON, it works as expected.
Is that what you're saying?
