I'm an experienced apex user.

Updated firmware/web page without an issue.

Win 7 dashboard looks like this, and can't edit or do anything. Looks the same on all dashboards

Win Vista doesn't display anything. always comes up with a blank page.

Both computers are IE9
I see on the apex and from Reeftronics the firmware is correct. I have XML enabled. I don't want to go having to use another browser.

Might not be clear, I tried this on two different computers, and also rebooted the apex a few times.

You don't say whether or not you cleared your cache.

I didn't recall seeing that in the instructions, but I did clear the cache at least on the Win 7, and sure enough -- it worked!!!! THANKS.
