I don't know if this is the right forum for this question but here it is.
I had my LFS purchase an Exquisite Wrasse because I want to get some diverse colored fish and you don't find a lot of green fish. However, when it showed up, the fish listed as an Exquisite wrasse was pink with a black dot on the tail and a white dot on its nose. I thought for sure it was a mistake but my LFS had a book on wrasses and parrotfish that showed that the juvenile exquisite wrasse from Africa was an exact match for this fish. That being said, does anyone know roughly how long I can expect to wait before the adult coloration begins to show up?
