Liveaquaria sates that this wrasse is safe with all invertebrates. Would this include larger shrimp ? Is any wrasse safe with shrimp for that matter ?

yes it wont bother especially large shrimps there is a tremendous amount of wrasses that wont touch shrimp fairy's, flashers to many to list

Yes; Cirrhilabrus wrasses do not pose a risk to ornamental inverts.
