It appears that if you are uncertain of what tank your coral is out of you should keep it out of your DT for 9+ weeks to be certain no ICH comes along with it. but in the stickies it says that 4 or so days of observation after a dip is sufficient. can anyone clarify this for me?

thanks

I can tell you any coral I have ever gotten from anywhere went strait into the tank. I think I should start dipping from now on.....

I've always just dipped my coral in CoralRx and put it right into the DT. I also try and give it a good once over visually with an LED flashlight and a pair of tweezers.

Should I post this in the coral section?
