So I am (successfully) running a SPS dominant NNR setup. I have recently added a 20g (tall) fuge to my 29g and am scratching my head as what to add. It is based off the Jaubert system, so I have 6"/70lbs of sugar sized sand complete with a plenum.
So far all I have is chaeto, assorted pods, and a hermit I found at Pass-a-grille beach (totally white, tiny and equal handed, an accidental hitch hiker while shelling). I have also added a jar of CC from the low tide surf zone, hoping to add some nice worms. I also added 2 ceriths from the LFS.
Things I don't want to add are Sand Sifting stars, Holothuria (I have one in the DT), fish, or crabs.
What would be good to add that will feed on detritus? I would really like a lot of bristle worms and various sand dwelling worms, but unfortunately it is not so easy to directly buy these guys without buying LR.
