Looks like some green hair algae and some cyanobacteria mixed in. Both are not good. Both are generally an indication of high nutrient levels. A clean up crew will help with the hair algae but the ultimate solution would be to remove the excess nutrients through water changes and a skimmer and/or a gfo reactor.

That is what it looks like. Whats the tank size and the filtration you are using?

Tank is 75 gallons, right now the tank has a cheap has a cheap hob filter, an eheim canister filter and a prizm skimmer( I know don't say it lol). As of now my nitrates are super high and I'm doing 15% water changes every other day and I'll have coin a 40% this weekend. Been running the tank with just the blue lights for the past week to aid with the diatoms and a cyno out break. I need to go to RO water I guess and get those nitrates under control
